Wrist Circles

A warm-up and mobility exercise to increase wrist flexibility and circulation in the forearms.

How to do it

  1. Extend arms out in front or to sides.
  2. Make fists or keep hands open.
  3. Slowly rotate wrists in circular motions.
  4. Perform several circles in one direction.
  5. Switch direction and repeat.

  • Move slowly

  • Breathe steadily

  • Moving arms instead of wrists
  • Rushing motions
  • Holding breath
