How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Engage your core to lift your legs and torso simultaneously.
  3. Reach your hands toward your feet at the top, forming a 'V' shape.
  4. Pause briefly, squeezing your abs.
  5. Lower down slowly to starting position.

Breathing

Exhale when lifting up, inhale as you lower down.
