Standing Quadriceps Stretch

A standing stretch that targets the quadriceps for improved flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright, balancing on one foot.
  2. Bend the opposite knee, reaching back for the foot.
  3. Pull heel gently towards glute while keeping knees together.
  4. Keep torso tall and hips level.
  5. Hold the stretch, then switch legs.

  • Knees apart
  • Leaning forward
