Standing Knee Raise Stretch
A stretch that targets the hip flexors and glutes by pulling one knee toward the chest while standing.

How to do it
- Stand tall with feet together.
- Lift one knee toward your chest.
- Grasp your knee with both hands.
- Pull the knee gently toward your chest, feeling the stretch.
- Hold, then lower and repeat on the opposite leg.
Form cues
- Keep torso upright
- Engage core
- Use arms to pull knee gently
- Do not lean back

- Rounding shoulders

- Losing balance
Breathing
Exhale as you pull the knee up, inhale as you release.
