Seated Twist Stretch (Straight Arm)
A flexibility exercise involving seated trunk rotation to stretch the obliques and lower back.

How to do it
- Sit upright with legs extended forward.
- Cross your left leg over your right if desired for more stretch.
- Extend your right arm straight behind you for support.
- Twist your torso toward your right, using the opposite arm for leverage.
- Hold, then repeat to the other side.
Form cues
- Keep back straight
- Twist gently
- Look over shoulder
- Breathe deeply

- Slouching the back
- Over-twisting
- Holding breath
