Crossover Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
A kneeling stretch targeting hip flexors with the trunk rotated across the body.

How to do it
- Start in a kneeling lunge with one knee on the ground and the opposite foot forward.
- Tuck the pelvis under and shift your weight forward, feeling a stretch in the hip flexor of the rear leg.
- Rotate your torso across the body, away from the back leg.
- Hold for 20-30 seconds, breathing steadily.
- Release and repeat on the other side.

- Keep torso upright
- Engage glutes

- Arching the back
- Letting front knee collapse inward
- Leaning forward excessively
