Cable One Arm Front Raise
An isolation exercise that raises the arm forward using a cable to target the front deltoid.

How to do it
- Attach handle to low pulley and stand facing away from machine.
- Grasp handle with one hand, arm by your side.
- With a straight arm, raise it forward to shoulder height.
- Pause briefly at the top.
- Lower back to the start slowly and repeat.
Form cues
- Keep core tight
- Lift with shoulder, not hand
- Don't swing
- Control the descent

- Using momentum
- Shrugging shoulder
- Overextending at the top

Exhale as you lift, inhale as you lower.
