How to do it

  1. Lie on bench, grip EZ bar with medium width.
  2. Extend arms fully above chest.
  3. Bend elbows, lowering bar toward forehead.
  4. Keep upper arms stationary.
  5. Extend to starting position, repeat.

  • Lock upper arms
  • Lower with control
  • Don't move elbows
  • Full triceps extension

Common mistakes

  • Flaring elbows
  • Moving upper arms
  • Lowering bar too far past head
