Dynamic Chest Stretch

A rhythmic arm movement to increase chest mobility and warm up the pectoral muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend both arms out to your sides at shoulder height.
  3. Swing your arms forward, crossing them in front of your chest.
  4. Open your arms wide, stretching your chest as you do.
  5. Repeat the swinging motion for the desired number of repetitions.

Form cues

  • Keep movements controlled
  • Maintain upright posture
  • Engage core
  • Avoid twisting torso

Common mistakes

  • Swinging arms too forcefully
  • Allowing shoulders to shrug
  • Rotating the torso excessively
