A push-up variation with hands close together to emphasize triceps involvement.

How to do it
- Begin in a plank position with hands close together under your chest.
- Keep your core tight and body in a straight line.
- Lower your chest toward the hands, elbows tucked by your sides.
- Pause briefly at the bottom without touching the floor.
- Press up to the starting position.
